FAQ's and Questions

Here are some common questions we receive at The Scrapbook Zone. If you do not find the answer to what you seek here, then try e-mailing us at Thescrapbookzone@comcast.net and we will try to get an answer to you in a timely manner.

Q: What are your class policies?

A: Classes will be canceled if 4 or more students do not register. Class fees are transferable if your class is cancelled. Our instructors are paid in advance for their time. Refunds are only available if you cancel 3 days prior to the class date. If you cancel after the 72 Hour window your class fee is transferable to another class of your choice. Classes that you miss without calling are not refundable or transferable. Classes start promptly so please be on time. Please bring the supplies listed in the class description. On the night of the class each student receives 10% OFF their entire purchase.

Q: What are your Crop policies?

A: The Crop fee of $15.00 per person will be collected at time of registration. Crop cancellations will receive an in-store crop credit if made 24 hours before the crop begins. If you cancel on the day of the crop or do not show up, no refunds/credits will be given. As a courtesy to the Crop Zone Team please have all of your final purchases completed by 11:45 p.m. On Freaky Friday our special sale prices end promptly at midnight, so please complete your purchase accordingly. We do not reserve seats for groups or individuals. If you arrive first in your party, please secure your groups seats with their nametag. If your entire group has not arrived by 7:00p.m. the Zone Team will seat others together in those spots as needed. Croppers must be 16 years old to attend. NO Exceptions.

Q: Is there a charge to use your crop room?

A: We only charge a fee for our organzized crop events on Friday or on Super Saturdays. You may crop for FREE on Sunday from 10:00a.m.-6:00p.m. You are welcome to use our crop room any time for FREE when a class or organzied crop is not on the calendar.

Q: Do you have any type of Customer Loyalty program?

A: It is our pleasure to provide you with our coupon incentives each month. However, you must use one coupon per three-month newsletter to remain on our Zone customer loyalty list. Many of you may wonder why we check your name off of a list when you use your coupons? We do this to help us keep our mailing list up to date, and keep some from using more than one coupon incentive each month. Starting April 1, 2008, you may only use one coupon per visit per day to the store.

Q: What are the rules in regard to The Scrapbook Zone Customer Loyalty coupons.

A: It is our pleasure to provide you with our coupon incentives each month. However, you must ONE coupon per three-month newsletter period to remain on our Zone Customer loyalty list. Our coupons are for customers who are committed to making The Zone a success. You must present your Zone Loyalty coupon to take advantage of the savings. Without a coupon we will not honor the discount. Each month two or more coupons are offered in our newsletter for your shopping pleasure, however you may only use one coupon per day at a time when shopping. We no longer allow multiple coupon transactions during one purchase. Coupons must be redeemed by the newsletter subscriber. New subscribers to The Zone Loyalty News are not eliglibe to use their savings coupons during checkout on their first visit to The Scrapbook Zone. However, a Zone coupon is welcome on your next visit to the store. Returning subscribers who have been deleted from our mailing list for non-use of our coupons may not use their coupon on the day that they re-subscribe. However, coupons are welcome on your next return visit. Zone management reserves the right to delete or not honor a Zone Loyalty coupon or promotion at any time.

Q: Do you accept competitors coupons?

A: Yes, we accept competiors coupons during our Freaky Friday sales only. Begininig July 1, 2008 we will no longer accept competior coupons printed from the computer. On Freaky Friday you can only use one coupon. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Q: What is your Return Policy?

A: We do not give cash refunds. Store credit is available for exchanges packaged merchandise that is unopened or damaged with receipt from purchase. Paper, die-cuts, stickers, idea books, and computer software are not returnable or exchangeable. All sale merchandise/Dollar Zone merchandise is considered to be final sale.
