DT Supplies used: MME Tre Jolie pp MME Tre Jolie border stickers MME Bohemia chipboard embossed letters 7 Gypsies oval stamp Prima Mini Me flowers Other supplies used: Creative Imaginations Scalloped legder pp Heidi Swapp plastic letters unknown brads paint Ink Journaling reads: That is the question we have been hearing since the day we got married. It didn't bother me at first, it was kind of exciting to think that it was actually time to start thinking about kids. But, it got old fast. And now, 2 years and 7 months later, it's really old. Why do people think that is an ok question to ask just anyone? Go ahead, ask the newlywed couple, ask your close family. But, I get this question from everyone, including co-workers I barely know. It's often asked after finding out someone else is pregnant. "Emily, it's your turn now." What if I am not ready for kids? What if we have been trying unsuccessfully? Do people consider that their question could be upsetting? To answer the question everyone needs to ask: Yes, we want kids. Yes, we are ready to have kids. Yes, it is frustrating that everyone we know is pregnant right now. No, we really don't care how many we have. We will take whatever God gives us. I recently even found out that parents of students in the class that I will be recieving next year are now asking their current teachers this about me for next year!!! EVERYONE we knew had kids, even 2 or 3 before we were even pregnant with our first. We waited a while, but then it didn't turn out to happen easily for us. So, hang in there !
