Journaling:
My girls got ready at my parents’ house so that there would be more room in the hotel room. While they got ready, I frantically and haphazardly tried to make sure I had every thing I needed and my mom and I wrapped my gown up. It seemed to take forever for them to all get ready, but as soon as they were all in their dresses and had their things together all of a sudden it was time to go. The limo was already outside and we had to rush out the door. But once we were all packed into the limo we were all in a sort of giddy and silly mood. We took pictures and laughed about silly stories. Poor Val and I had the huge dress on our laps and Sarah was hitting the balloons every where. At a stop light, we even rolled down my window and everyone yelled at some motorcycle driver that I was getting married. When we tried to roll the window up, it wouldn’t work, so we had to pull it up with our hands.
